Ambassadors: "Become A Wise Ant"
Ambassadors: "Become A Wise Ant": facebook.com, twitter.com, yahoo.com, Sol omon's Advice to Ambassado rs - Proverbs 6:6-11 ...
"Become A Wise Ant"
Although my experience with the little creatures has been somewhat bothersome. I do admire the way they pull together to get the job done.
I recently walked into my kitchen and saw a dark cloud (it appeared to be...) covering my expensive siltstone counter tops. I was in awe of the vision my eyes beheld. There must have been a minute particle of crumbs or something, that a few could not move.
So, the ants called in the infantry to get the job done!! United they stood, unscaled by my presence, bold, brave and determined to finish what they had started.
The most important lesson one can learn from the ant is their ability to forgive and share. the next time you see a group of ants, whether in the yard, the house or any other meeting place, observe the behavior. I think you will agree with Solomon, and his praise for this small nuisance - "They are steadfast and unmovable; their work-ethic is impeccable. (Proverbs 6:6-11)
Ants do not have an Employer, General, Overseer, or any ruler in authority; yet they are very productive and self-directed. The ant seems to keep busy, even when they don't have to do so. They seem to work while it's day; so, when the night comes, they can rest and not worry.
GLEAN from the Ant - As Ambassadors - Wisdom to store up enough in the summer to sustain you for the winter!
When God gives us times of plenty, we can prepare for times when resources and provisions may be weak. God is Jehovah Jireh - our Provider, of all that we have.
"The earth's is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein." (Psalm 24:1)
I admonish you, as an Ambassador of Christ, work diligently, be wise stewards of everything God provides. Then, rest in the promise of His care (Matt. 6:25-34).
Remember!! "Go to the ant...Consider her ways and be wise." (Proverbs 6:6)
